Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of silvernail.io (the “site”), operated by Silvernail Group Inc. (“Silvernail”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Products operated by Silvernail have their own terms, which apply to those products.
1. About us
Silvernail is a venture studio and holding company. We build and operate software products and work with creators and investors to grow them.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers or networks;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems;
- Scrape, copy or republish site content for commercial use without our permission; or
- Use the site to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
3. Pitches and submissions
When you pitch to work with us as a creator, or send us ideas, feedback or materials (“submissions”), you confirm you have the right to share them. Unless we sign a separate written agreement:
- Submissions are not confidential and do not create any obligation for either party;
- We may already be working on similar ideas, and receiving yours does not limit what we build;
- We are under no obligation to review, respond to or compensate you for a submission; and
- Any creator partnership, revenue share or equity arrangement exists only under a signed agreement.
4. Not an offer of securities
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment, and nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice. Any investment discussion happens privately, only with eligible investors, and only under separate documentation. Statements about our plans are forward-looking and may not come true.
5. Intellectual property
The site, the Silvernail name and mark, and all site content belong to Silvernail Group Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our name or mark without written permission. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silvernail Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Silvernail harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
Silvernail Group Inc. is a Delaware corporation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
